Mold Damage Remediation

When it comes to mold remediation, you want a professional to handle these problems. Have a professional who is certified as a IICRC Certified Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) this certification is for mold and sewage clean up. These professionals have to be a IICRC certified Water Restoration Technician before becoming an AMRT. Not only will the technician know the Conditions of Mold but will also know the Category and Classes of water damage associated with mold damage. These technicians will have the skills and knowledge to evaluate the damage, the health and safety risk associated with mold damage.

IICRC uses Conditions for Mold Determination:

Condition 1: Normal Ecology

Condition 2: Settle Spores

Condition 3: Actual Growth

This is considered Condition 1

This is considered Condition 2 and potentially Condition 3

Before Remediation

After Remediation

This is what happens when you have an area that is completely infested with Condition 2 and Condition 3 mold. This can result in having everything remove down  to the  studs to get to Condition 1 status.

If you're a small mold remediation company and need equipment for your project, maybe we can help you.
