DAVHENCO INC. provides attorney-directed, non-destructive expert witness services for matters involving water intrusion, moisture-related conditions, mold, and fire/smoke impacts. 

All services are available exclusively to licensed legal counsel.

 

DAVHENCO INC. does not provide services to the public, property owners, tenants, contractors, or real estate professionals. 

No Contractor or Remediation Services

DAVHENCO INC. does not perform:

  • Remediation

  • Mitigation

  • Restoration

  • Water extraction or structural drying

  • Mold removal or cleaning

  • Emergency response

  • Testing or sampling for the public

All contractor-related operations were permanently discontinued as part of the transition to a dedicated attorney-only expert witness practice.

 

Any online listings suggesting otherwise are outdated and do not reflect the current scope of services.  

None-Destructive Work Only

All site observations are limited to non-destructive methods.

DAVHENCO INC. does not open, remove, cut, or alter building materials.  

Attorney-Directed Engagement Only

All communication, scheduling, documentation exchange, and case coordination occur directly through licensed attorneys or their legal staff.

DAVHENCO INC. does not accept assignments from the public or provide consultations outside of attorney direction.   

Neutrality and Independence

DAVHENCO INC. maintains strict neutrality and professional independence.

Opinions are based solely on documentation, standards, and non-destructive observations.

No remediation, mitigation, or contractor services are offered, ensuring a clear separation of roles and eliminating conflicts of interest.

It does not constitute advice, consultation, or guidance for property owners, tenants, contractors or the general public.  

Service Area

Expert witness services are available throughout North Carolina.

Travel for site observation is coordinated directly with counsel.
