Independent evaluation of building conditions involving water intrusion, moisture-related issues, mold growth, and fire/smoke impacts. Assessments are based on physical evidence, environmental measurements, and recognized industry standards.
Causation and Orgin Analysis
Determination of the source, contributing factors, and progression of environmental conditions. Analysis includes review of documentation, site observations, and relevant industry protcols to establish defensible causation findings.
Standard of Care Assessment
Evaluation of whether mitigation, remediation, or restoration activities complied with applicable industry standards and accepted professional practices. This includes reviews of contractor documentation, procedures, and field decisions.
Documentation and Record Review
Analysis of reports, photographs, moisture logs, remediation records, and related materials to assess accuracy, completeness, and alignment with industry standards. Findings are presented in a clear, litigation format.
Expert Reports, Deposition, and Testimony
Preparation of written expert opinions, deposition testimony, and trial testimony as required. All opinions are developed independently and supported by evidence, standards, and defensible methodology.
